Upon discontinuing the agreement, the member will be required to pay a nominal administration fee of BDT 12,000-(fifty thousand only). Following the deduction of the aforementioned amount (BD 12 000/-), the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days of the date of the signing of cancellation.Refund will be provided using the same payment channel using which the customer has paid. The Member must contact the Central Office for the cancellation process.
